Clients must be physically located in one of these states during Telehealth sessions.

Information related to fees, insurance acceptance, and billing is subject to change.

Verification of benefits does not guarantee coverage or payment by your insurance carrier.

Clients are responsible for all fees not covered by insurance.

10. No Professional Relationship Created

Interacting with this site, sending messages through the contact form, or emailing the Practice does not constitute therapeutic advice and does not establish a client relationship.

Services begin only after:

  1. Completion of required paperwork

  2. Review of informed consent

  3. Confirmation of therapist availability
