Troy Bennett, MA — Psychotherapist

My ideal client is someone ready to explore their emotions and patterns with curiosity. Many are neurodiverse adults navigating anxiety, self-doubt, trauma, or disconnection in a world not designed for their way of thinking and feeling. They want to feel seen, understood, and empowered to live more authentically. Together, we build emotional awareness, resilience, and self-compassion—creating a sense of inner safety and confidence to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease

My approach is grounded in mindfulness, curiosity, and self-compassion. Drawing from Emotion-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and somatic awareness, I help clients slow down, connect with their inner experiences, and cultivate balance, clarity, and authentic emotional healing.

Taking the first step toward therapy is an act of strength. If you’re ready to understand yourself more deeply, navigate challenges with clarity, and live with greater authenticity, I invite you to reach out. Together, we’ll build the tools and insight for lasting growth and change.
