I’m a pre-licensed therapist based in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, providing therapy under supervision as I work toward independent licensure.

My approach draws from Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and parts work, creating space for deep emotional exploration, self-understanding, and meaningful change. I work collaboratively and compassionately, helping clients connect with their inner experiences and navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity.

I have a special interest in supporting neurodiverse clients, including individuals with ADHD, autism, and dyslexia. My practice is affirming, strengths-based, and grounded in the belief that emotional insight is a powerful foundation for healing.
